Designed for any personal use, including meditation, relaxation, sleep, focus, or movement.
- A guided meditation that includes all of your needs & preferences (e.g., wording, tone of voice, areas of focus, timing, any desired background sounds).
- Ambient music (with or without binaural beats) for focus, relaxation, unguided meditation, movement, or sleep. Created with the length, tempo, pacing, and instruments of your choosing.
- Choose either format above as a uniquely thoughtful gift for someone you care about, designed to fit their needs and preferences.
- A custom-made practice for big feelings in little bodies (ages four and up), tailored to developmental level, interests, emotional & sensory needs, and preferences.

Designed for any professional context, including direct work with others, an event, retreat, or for creating ambiance in your place of business.
- A guided meditation (scripted by me, you, or written together) for a session, class, group, retreat, or event. Voiced by me, with or without background music designed to match.

How it Works
We’ll connect for a free call to discuss your request and go through a detailed list of options to cover all your needs and preferences, including:
- Track format and what you’re using it for
- Audio preferences for music and/or spoken word, and track length
- Your desired turnaround time (minimum 2 days), and scope of revisions if requested (maximum of 3)
- Your budget and an estimated price range (tracks start at $77)
Contract process:
- I’ll send you a contract with an itemized breakdown of your request and payment link
- Once you review and agree, you’ll sign the contract and submit payment
Custom audio design process:
- I’ll complete the track within the scope and turnaround time agreed on, and send you the MP3 file
- If our agreement included revisions, we’ll discuss what may need to be tweaked, and I will send the new file within the turnaround time we agreed on

My Connection to Sound
Music is more than just something I bop my head to, it’s what feelings sound like.
I’ve always been musical. Hearing raindrops tapping against the window as their own sort of funky beat that danced inside my heart, the tone of someone’s voice as their own little melody they didn’t even know they were singing, and feeling my body tingle with the sounds I heard around me and in my head… sounds that were either to songs that already existed, or songs I’d eventually write.
I dabbled on piano as a kid and played flute through high school, but my favorite instrument for many years was the guitar. I used to sit with my 90s stereo and a cassette tape ready to record my favorite songs (you know, before streaming existed), and I learned how to play by ear… note by note, chord by chord, listening and feeling. Eventually, I started matching the tones I heard in my head to write my own songs, too.
As my meditation practice deepened and I started meditating to music without guidance, I fell in love with binaural beats and ethereal, ambient music. So naturally, I bought a computer synthesizer program and set out to learn how to make my own.
My first few songs were fun little beats I was hearing in my head, and now it’s evolved to hourlong tracks that I meditate to in my own practice to continue deepening my connection with myself.
As I’ve offered guided meditations using the music I’ve made, I started getting requests to make personalized tracks for others. And, here we are. I look forward to sharing the experience of resonance with you, too!

How much does a custom audio track cost?
Since this process is fully personalized and specifically designed to resonate with you, pricing is highly variable. The cost for your requested track will be calculated based on several factors including type of audio you’re needing, length, what you’re using it for, turnaround time and number of revisions you’re requesting, and the estimated time it will take me to complete.
What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?
You don’t have to have it all figured out. As long as you have a general idea about how you want to use it, I’ll walk you through all the options during our consultation call so we can nail down a structure that would best serve that purpose.
Do I own the finished track?
You will receive a downloadable copy available to use within the scope of our contract.
If I commission background music for my voice (e.g., a meditation, class, or event I lead), can I sell it as my own?
We’ll discuss your plans for using the track during our consultation call and the scope of any resale requests will be explained during our conversation, and detailed in our contract (e.g., add on pricing, crediting me for my work).
Do I pay in full, or is there a deposit option?
What if I'm still not happy with my custom audio track after my revisions are used up? Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final due to the care, time, and energy I give each custom-made track. Your track is considered final after we’ve gone through any revisions we agreed on in our contract. We’ll go through a detailed conversation upfront and discuss any revision requests in depth, so there shouldn’t be a need for more than 3 rounds.
