Wellness Workshops & Groups for Mindful Living and Sustainable Change

Connect and grow with a community that understands your process and holds space for where you are.

How Can These Groups and Wellness Workshops Support You?

Personal growth can sometimes feel isolating, especially if your loved ones don’t fully understand your journey or why you’re making life changes. There can even be a unique kind of grief that comes up when recognizing you’ve broken out of patterns that no longer serve you, while those around you may still be caught in them.

I developed these groups to offer a shared space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. A place where you can show up exactly as you are, and be met with compassion and understanding, from a community of likeminded people.

Each group offers a path to enhance mindful living with information, strategies, coaching, and guided practices to support your wellbeing.

Mindset Shifts for Inner Peace

Our body only knows what our mind tells it. Usually this automatically tends to cause discomfort because we’re wired for survival, but we can also use our mind to self-regulate.

In this workshop, we’ll explore a variety of mindfulness practices and how to work with your mind to shift your emotional experience of life.

Investment – $77

Managing Stress and Emotional Discomfort

It’s common to try to make sense of our feelings, especially when uncomfortable. But this can disconnect us from what we’re feeling without even realizing it.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to get out of your head and into your body. Recognize when you’re trying to logic your way out of feelings, and connect more deeply to presence and self-compassion so you can feel your way through them instead.

Investment – $77

Mindful Goal Follow Through

Goals are often framed as something you work toward or reach in the future, but they’re really pointing to what’s in alignment with your values now.

In this workshop, we’ll explore why thinking ahead makes it harder to follow through on things that matter to you, and discuss practical ways to make things feel easier. Using a variety of mindfulness techniques, you’ll learn ways of bringing what you want for your life into the present.

Investment – $77

Frequently Asked Questions

Group coaching gives you the opportunity to connect and grow alongside others. It’s a great fit for those who enjoy learning and connecting in a collaborative environment, and engaging with varied perspectives, insights and experiences. It’s also a more affordable option compared to individual coaching but still offers you personalized guidance.

If you’re looking for a group that will provide information, guidance, and strategies to overcome obstacles getting in your way of mindful living, wellness workshops will be the best fit your needs.

Meditation groups may feel best for you if enjoy meditating with a group, or want to start or deepen your meditation practice. These sessions are geared towards using meditation as a tool to cultivate mindfulness, self-regulation, self-connection, and focus.

If you’re feeling drawn to a guided practice that focuses on enhancing emotional regulation by getting out of your head and into your body, try a breathwork group.

You can also attend each one and see what feels best.

I encourage all participants to ensure you’ll have a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted for the duration of the group. Other than that, all you need is an open mind, a willingness to participate, and a commitment to being respectful of others in the group. For some sessions, you may want to bring a notebook or journal to write down any insights or things you want to remember, but this is not required.

Session durations can vary depending on the depth of discussion, level of participation, and the unique needs of the group.

I recommend setting aside the full time, but it’s possible there may be times when we’ll finish earlier if we reach a natural stopping point and everyone feels they’ve gotten everything they needed from the session. This flexibility allows me to ensure each session is meaningful and tailored to the group’s experience in the moment.

Of course! I will check in with the group in the beginning of each session to get a sense of everyone’s experience level, and I’ll provide guidance so everyone is feeling comfortable before we start our practice together. If you have any questions before booking, you can always set up a free call to discuss if these groups feel right for you.

All sessions are currently online, and you’ll receive a Google Meet link after booking.

I encourage everyone to participate to the extent that feels comfortable to them. If for any reason you don’t want to turn on your audio or video, but you still want to listen or engage in the guided practices, that’s totally ok!

Full refunds are available if you inform me you won’t be able to make it to the group at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows, as well as any cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the group is scheduled to begin are non-refundable.
