Of course! Many of my clients start with a sense of “something needs to change” but aren’t entirely sure where to go from there. During our free phone call or in our first session, we’ll explore your challenges and I’ll help you narrow down your goals to determine the best path forward.

All individual and group sessions are currently online, and you’ll receive a Google Meet link after booking.

For my Burnout Breakrooms program, I primarily offer in-person groups in and around Richmond, VA. If your workplace is located elsewhere, we can discuss travel arrangements or remote options.

Full refunds are available if sessions are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows, as well as cancellations and reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before our scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
